B. Counter-Notification Procedure

C. Response Timeline

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

• We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
• If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will notify the original complainant
• If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

PropranololGuide.org will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A "repeat infringer" is any user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user based on a single instance of infringement if, in our judgment, the infringement is egregious.
